How can we refine our skills and develop our full capacity as healers so that we can have a better chance of helping our patients? Six factors are associated with brain change in adults:
Patricia Coughlin (2016), Maximising Effectiveness in Dynamic Psychotherapy.
This exciting immersion course is structured over two days of presentations of theory and clinical practice, followed by two days of small group workshops. Experiential learning enhances retention and application; so our approach enables you to learn about the theory as well as to develop your clinical work in way that is personal and attuned.
In Maximising Therapeutic Effectiveness we consider the role of the client, technique and therapist in recovery and the relationship between resistance and change. The data suggests it is WHO we are and WHAT we do that matters – this event will focus, in a highly experiential way, on both.
Registration opens 3rd November 2016.
Early bird and IEDTA member rates available with limited places at each workshop and for students.
