My practice is rooted in a psychodynamic orientation, aiming for a deep re-elaboration of the affective, emotional, and relational spheres. In this exploration, we uncover conflicts and their impact on individual well-being. Specifically, my intervention model is ISTDP, and in my private practice, I work with adults and young adults.

I have extensive experience working in multidisciplinary teams at a rehabilitation center, where I treated children, adolescents, and adults. This continuous collaboration with specialists from diverse orientations significantly enriched my understanding of the human being. This journey led me to reflect on the necessity for psychotherapy to evolve towards an integrated perspective, synthesizing the best aspects of numerous theoretical models into an experiential dimension. My goal is to work collaboratively with the patient to resolve the issues impacting their life, through the discovery of their inner depths and unexpressed affects and emotions.
