ISTDP-UK Core Training Program in London (2018)

6 February 2018 By AdminDion

ISTDP-UK is pleased to announce the formation of a new ISTDP-UK core training group in London.  The group will begin in February 2018 and will meet six times per year for two-day blocks of training (i.e., 12 days per year). The trainers are Alex Knowles, Sharon Lewis, and Rob Neborsky. The programme is recognised by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA), and open to licensed mental health professionals. We welcome colleagues both from the UK and internationally.

The training consists of a structured lecture programme, supervision of trainees’ clinical work on video, videotapes of the trainers’ clinical work and role play to build clinical skills. Group process is built in to address the emotional aspects of the training for therapists. We welcome applications and more information can be found on our website: www.istdp.org.uk
