Conference Hotel
A limited number of hotel rooms a the Hyatt Regency Boston are available at a special conference rate of $279 per night plus tax (for a total of about $320 per night). Please note that when you are choosing rooms, the page will say “a destination fee of $20 ($22.89 with tax) will apply to each night of your stay.” The hotel has assured us that this is an error due to their inflexible software, and that the statement that “the Destination Fee is waived for your event,” which appears at the top of the “special conference rate” page, is correct.
Location
Boston is quite compact, and a great city for those who love to walk. Located in the heart of the Theater District, our hotel is right in the middle of all of it! The Boston Common and the adjoining Public Garden are a five-minute walk; the historic Statehouse is just on the other side of the Common. Back Bay, Chinatown, the Financial District, and waterfront are all easy walks. The New England Aquarium and the “Cheers” bar are both about 15 minutes on foot.
Transportation
The hotel is very convenient to public transit: Downtown Crossing (subway Red and Orange Lines) is a one-minute walk; Park Street (subway Red and Green Lines) is five minutes away; South Station (rail and subway Red Line) is a six-minute walk; and State Street (subway Blue Line) is only ten minutes on foot.
