My practice is holistic in the sense that I combine ISTDP with Paleo nutrition counseling and exercise coaching, and teach seminars in (1) coherent breathing, a singularly effective method for raising hear trate variability and re-regulating the autonomic nervous system, (2) light therapy for regulating circadian rhythms and depressive symptoms, and (3) managing anxiety. I also do specialty seminars in managing and down-regulating performance anxiety for musicians.
