I provide a safe space for clients and offer my personal values of authenticity, compassion, and curiosity to the therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with young and mature adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, and self-esteem. Additionally, I come from a diverse background, which helps me work well with clients from different cultures and backgrounds.
Areas of interest – Anxiety and Depression, Stress Management, Migratory grief and cultural shock, self-esteem and confidence issues, Grief and Loss, Parenting issues
Therapeutic approaches – Psychotherapy, ISTDP – Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and Person-Centred /Strengths-based therapies.
