Dr Suzanne Brown

I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Emotional Fitness consultant. With over 15 years of experience, I bridge clinical psychology with elite performance. I use the term Emotional Fitness to capture this proactive approach to working on our physical, mental, psychological, emotional and spiritual health, through engaging and experiential ways. More recently, I’ve been exploring the intersection of spirituality, psychedelics and shamanic practice, qualifying as a sound healer amongst other energy healing modalities.

At present, I work within football clubs and corporate settings delivering wellness and leadership programmes, offering supervision groups, as well as maintaining a private practice for individual patients. I am a keynote speaker and advocate for making complex psychological concepts more easily accessible.

I trained at the University of Birmingham and completed my undergraduate and Master’s degrees obtaining First Class degrees. I later obtained my Doctorate degree from Coventry & Warwick University. I am passionate about bringing more accessibility and understanding to emotion focused approaches and strive to incorporate unique and creative ways to convey complex psychological concepts. I have completed core training with Dr Patricia Coughlin and continued supervision training with Dr John Rathauser.
