Fabiana Melo Campos

I am a provisional psychologist in Australia and a registered psychologist in Brazil since 2014, with a strong foundation in cultural sensitivity, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy.
Currently, I practice at Centro de Atendimento Psicológico Australia (CAPA) and Monarch Mental Health Group, providing psychotherapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment, and mental health interventions across community, healthcare, and private settings. My work focuses on supporting individuals navigating migratory grief, cultural transition, existential concerns, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, and stress management.
In 2023, I completed a three-year Core Training Program in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and am now undertaking an Advanced Training program in ISTDP.
I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for healing. By integrating psychodynamic principles with a deep understanding of social and behavioural health determinants, I provide holistic, evidence-based interventions. My goal is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness, empowering them to build fulfilling lives free from unnecessary suffering—all with compassion and a client-centred approach.
