I always will do my best to offer  clients the therapy that answers best to a match of  his needs, problems, assets and personality and my expertise, skills, personality and limitations, taking into consideration the client’s values  and cultural and religious context in which the therapy takes place.  In my approach to therapy it is important to set  realistic goals and work towards accomplishing those goals within a, reasonable period of time. So no ‘ analysis interminable’  but also not a predetermined protocol of  10-15 sessions. Since there are so many different effective ways of helping clients, I will integrate in therapy everything  that seems useful and helpful for this particular client, with his particular problems in his particular life situation.

I have one special interest: to help people who have to cope with OCD.

In general I work with people who  suffer from anxiety, depression problems.

Since I do have a waiting list I rarely can help people who need immediate therapy.
