Kristy A. Lamb, MD

Dr. Lamb graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed residency training in Family Medicine and Psychiatry at UCSD Medical Center. She received 5 years of supervision in ISTDP from Kai MacDonald and spent 2 weeks in Halifax with Allan Abbass during her medical residency. After her formal medical training, Dr. Lamb completed a 3 year core training with Patricia Coughlin and subsequently a 3 year core training with Jon Frederickson. She is currently participating in Jon Frederickson’s Training of Trainers Program. She has received direct supervision from Patricia Coughlin, Allan Abbass, Jon Frederickson, Tony Rousmaniere, David Wolff, and Esther Rosen. She has attended numerous immersions and trainings, and it was at Summer School in 2016 in Whidbey Island where she met Jon Frederickson and BOLD Health was born. Dr. Lamb started BOLD Health in 2017 in order to provide cutting-edge, evidence-based psychiatric care and psychotherapy for patients with mental health and substance use disorders, using ISTDP with a focus on clinician education and training.
