I am Polish psychologist and ISTDP psychotherapist. I love ISTDP for many reasons, like anxiety regulation, working in transference here and now or defences restructuring. But most of all I love it for the the steadfastness in reaching the true person underneath.
I am also practising EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). One of my latest interests is autism spectrum and ADHD.
