I help WOMEN and COUPLES discover their inner GOLD.

* inclusive of non-binary, gender non-conforming, transgender, mixed ethnicities and all sexual orientations
wherein one can relate to societal “feminine” challenges in the past or present;
these challenges often lead to misdiagnoses, stigma, shame, and relational conflicts*

I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and ADHD diagnostic evaluations in the state of California. I also provide coaching globally.

I have specialised training in treating chronic pain, anxiety, burnout, love addiction, ADHD, and narcissistic abuse. I have specialised training in providing ADHD executive function coaching and ADHD couples therapy where one or both partners have ADHD. I graduated Phi Betta Kappa and later attended The University of Southern California before becoming a licensed psychotherapist. Some therapies I use include somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, Jungian, and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Therapy.

I currently reside in Berkeley, CA, and I’m studying in a Jungian doctoral program. I am also in the process of receiving training in Somatic EMDR and IFIO, Intimacy from the Inside Out for Couples.
