As a Counselling Psychologist and ISTDP clinician, I work across the NHS, independent practice and higher education in clinical, supervisory, managerial and teaching roles. In the NHS, I have over a decade’s experience of working in different settings with a variety of presentations – from anxiety, depression, somatic symptoms disorders to relationship difficulties, self-defeating and complex trauma – with compassion and cultural sensitivity. I also enjoy my role as Visiting Lecturer offering teaching, supervision, and reflective practice at various universities and training organisations.
